 Designed by Steve Smyers this dramatic 7200 yard course features five sets of tees to test the skill of every level. The layout also boasts something unusual in Central Florida - rolling terrain. Large, fast, undulating greens present golfers with a challenge unique to the mostly flat courses of the area. High lipped bunkers challenge the player and the impeccable surfaces make Southern Dunes a “must play” course, where the “cooler cart” keeps you refreshed on a warm sunny Florida day.
 The fine club house, restaurant and bar are open daily, offering breakfast, lunch and a fine dinner menu. The clubhouse is within a few minutes walk from both rental villas.
The pro-shop sells a wide variety of the most popular golf apparel and is operated by knowledgeable and friendly PGA professional staff.
Southern Dunes offers rental guests special discounts for green fees, clubs rental, and restaurant dining. Guests purchase a $20 VIP card covering two persons: entitling both to 20% discount off green fees, (saving approximately $40 per round); 10% off clubs rental; and 10% off two dinner entrées. If you play three times in a week and eat in the restaurant three nights, this can result in a considerable saving.
