360 virtual tours are operated by a small JAVA script called an applet. JAVA is a product of Sun Microsystems and not always automatically included with a computer. If you cannot see the tours it is likely you don’t have the JAVA Runtime environment needed to identify the applets. You can download it free from Sun Microsystems here.
This is a perfectly safe download and having JAVA will allow you to play certain online games, chat with people around the world, calculate your mortgage interest, and view images in 3D. Hopefully you will also be able to see these 360 virtual tours.
DON’T FORGET to come back to this site with the BACK button on your browser, or close the JAVA page and you will automatically come back.
If, after downloading the Java Runtime Environment you still can’t see the tours you can still beat the system, (after all, Microsoft knows best what we should and should not view?).
It still could be that your Internet Explorer is set for Java and ActiveX controls be DISABLED, so we need to ENABLE it. Follow this simple string.
With Internet Explorer on:
Click on tools at the top - Internet options tab - Security tab - custom level button. Now scroll down the list and make sure the following are ENABLED by pressing the enable button.
Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt
Allow scriptlets
Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins
