If you are an existing villa, townhouse or condo owner and would like to increase your property exposure you can now do it on this site.
All inquires for your property go direct to you, or your designated agent, and we can also include a link to your web site if you have one.
This is not a multi-inquiry site, where a renter sends the same inquiry to many owners. Prospects must send an individual inquiry via your personal link. The inquiries you get are therefore more qualified, since the renter must have inspected your property and liked it. If they wish to send other inquires prospects must visit another villa and do it individually.
You can send us up to ten pictures, (JPG format) which we will insert on your page, but we also offer another major feature. We can take fabulous 360 virtual tours of your property and make an interactive page which is much more impressive to prospective renters because they can see all round the rooms and pool. Inspect the properties which are already on this site as an example.
Costs: $200 per year. 360 virtual tours are $50 per room/tour, minimum six. We accept all major credit cards for payment.
All the properties on this site are individually owned and we have absolutely no financial connection with any owner.
